Check our availability calendar for the dates you require and send in a request.
To confirm a reservation requires a 30% non- refundable deposit.
The balance of payment is paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Yes this will be paid with the balance and returned to you following property inspection one week after your departure (the amount will differ from property to property)
Closer to your arrival time we will provide you with directions and check in details, key box instructions or you will be greeted on your arrival by our management company shown around the property and to hand over the keys.
We do have a 24hour an emergency contact number for such events.
Each villa will offer a maid service and this will vary from once a week to daily, please see details, however additional service can be requested and paid for locally.
Check in time is typically 15.00hrs however this may be different depending on the villa please check details, wherever possible we do try to accommodate early check in and late check out, however this is not always possible.
Check out time is 10.00hrs
Yes pool towels are provided.
